About Millcreek Golf and Learning CenterFrom 1941 to 1981, 17th Harper Drive was an unpermitted landfill. It was closed by the EPA in 1981. Cleanup began in 1983, THEN Millcreek Township decided to turn it into a golf course. What a great idea! The land now is a lush, beautiful 9-hole golf course designed around wetlands and a flood retention basin. The 9 holes cover over 2,813 yards with a par of 36. It has manicured fairways and greens. The clubhouse contains a full service pro shop and dining room/snack bar with seating for 30 people, serving sandwiches, snacks,and legal beverages. Catering is available for group outings and league banquets.
