About Millcreek Golf and Learning Center
From 1941 to 1981, 17th & Harper Drive was an unpermittedlandfill. It was closed by the EPA in 1981. Cleanup began in 1983, THENMillcreek Township decided to turn it into a golf course. What a greatidea!
The land now is a lush, beautiful 9-hole golf coursedesigned around wetlands and a flood retention basin. The 9 holes coverover 2,813 yards with a par of 36. It has manicured fairways andgreens. The clubhouse contains a full service pro shop and diningroom/snack bar with seating for 30 people, serving sandwiches, snacks,and legal beverages. Catering is available for group outings and leaguebanquets.
Our Staff:
Aaron Tyson isMillcreek's Pro Shop Manager and is in his fifth season at MGLC. Aarongrew up working at Lake View CC, and was the Maltby Certified RepairTechnician for Pro Golf of Erie. He brings many years of golfexperience to Millcreek GLC and is available for to schedule leagues,outings and special events, as well as club fitting and all clubrepairs. (See repair page).

Millcreek Golf and Learning Center's Teaching Professional Karen Bukowskiis a class A member of the PGA, Certified in Instruction, a member ofthe LGPA, and the 2003 EDWGA Match Play Champion. She worked atMillcreek Golf and Learning Center in 2005-06 and spent last season atWhispering Woods. Karen's offerings for teaching include Privatelessons, Group lessons and Clinics. Her range of students include thevery young, from age 5, to the most experienced golfers.
